The Apeks XL4 Ocea sets a eco-friendly standard in dive equipment manufacturing. Crafted from recycled materials and bio-plastics, it's produced in a solar-powered factory. Apeks pioneers eco-sensitivity by creating the world's most environmentally conscious regulator. The XL4 Ocea uses lead-free brass that can be endlessly recycled, removing five times its weight in plastic from the environment.

The first stage is based on the reliable DS4 platform, featuring an over-balanced diaphragm for versatile use in warm and cold waters. It provides 2 high-pressure ports and 4 medium-pressure ports.

The XL4 Ocea's primary regulator and octopus employ a high-performance pneumatically balanced lever-operated poppet valve for smooth breathing at any depth. This compact, lightweight regulator reduces jaw fatigue during extended dives.

• Flexible nylon braided hose has better cold water performance than a traditional rubber hose.

• Comfo-bite mouthpiece has a unique bridge that fits across the upper palate and does not require bite pressure to stay in place.
• Re-useable mouthpiece clip makes it simple to change mouthpieces in the field.
• A durable and flexible rubber exhaust tee provides excellent bubble diversion.
