What Santi make, and what we stock

Santi build drysuits, the undersuits that go with them, and the small parts that hold the system together. Everything on this page is Santi - there is no second brand mixed in. If you are putting a dry setup together from scratch, you can do all of it here: suit, undersuit, gloves, hood and socks.

The drysuits

Every Santi suit here is trilaminate. What separates them is fabric weight, cut, and how the suit is entered and sealed.

Lightweight ripstop - E.Lite, E.lite plus and Edge

The E.Lite is built from Santi's own ripstop nylon with a Y-cut shape, and it is what divers reach for when they want durability without carrying weight. The E.lite plus keeps that idea but uses a softer, more flexible fabric, reserving the tougher E.Lite material for the areas that take the wear. The Edge is the lighter, more streamlined option in this group, cut for mobility and built around a front-entry zip.

Heavier trilaminate - Enduro and E.Space

The Enduro is the workhorse: a classic heavier trilaminate meant for demanding technical diving and underwater work. A telescopic torso and Y-cut mean the extra fabric weight does not cost you movement. The E.Space sits between the two camps, a moderately lightweight trilaminate that adapts to a wide range of body shapes and handles cave, wreck and public-safety work.

E.Motion plus and changing your own seals

The E.Motion plus combines ripstop and E.Lite construction, and adds Santi's Smart Seals system so wrist and neck seals can be swapped quickly. If a torn seal has ever cost you a weekend of diving, that is the feature worth paying attention to. It is also offered in a Ladies First cut.

Undersuits and heated layers

The drysuit keeps water out; the undersuit does the thermal work. That is the layer that decides whether you are warm, so choose it on the diving you actually do rather than on the suit above it.

Fleece and mid-weight - Kango, Kango Lady and Flex 190

The Kango and Kango Lady are dense stretch-fleece one-pieces, low in bulk and easy to move in, aimed at recreational diving. The Flex 190 is the mid-weight choice, built in three layers with a slim profile so it does not bunch under the suit, and there is a Flex 190 Ladies First cut alongside it.

Cold-water insulation - BZ420X and BZ 400X LF

When the water is genuinely cold and the dives are long, step up. The BZ420X is the heavyweight option, with a polar fleece layer and reinforced material across the upper chest and shoulders where a harness bears down. The Ladies First Undersuit BZ 400X LF is the equivalent for female divers, styled to match the Ladies First suits.

Heated - the Flex 2.0 pieces

Two heated garments are stocked. The Heated Vest Flex 2.0 targets your core and is worn under the drysuit, and it still insulates with the heating switched off. The Flex 2.0 Heated Undersuit covers the whole body for the coldest diving, and its four-way stretch fabric contours rather than bunching under the suit.

Drygloves, hoods and the rest of the system

Gloves

Which glove you need depends on your suit. The SmartGloves system is self-assembled and made to fit Santi's SmartSeals ring system, so gloves come on and off without a fight. The Exclusive Drygloves run XS to XXL and are the general-purpose choice. The Dry Gloves Without Seal are a five-finger glove with a rugged grip surface, for divers who already have their sealing arrangement sorted.

Extremities and dry land

The Santi Hood comes in 3mm, 6mm and 8mm neoprene, so you can match it to the season instead of owning one hood for everything. Primaloft Socks go on under the suit. The Crew Poncho is a waterproof, breathable softshell with a kangaroo pocket and wide sleeves for getting changed over kit in a car park, and the Changing Mat gives you somewhere clean and insulated to stand while you do it.

Getting the fit right

Santi run their own size grid rather than plain small, medium and large - you will see XS, S, SL, M, ML, MLL and LS across the suits and undersuits. A size that fits you in another brand is not a safe guide. Several models, the E.Motion plus among them, offer customisable sizing.

What is the Santi Ladies First range?

It is a re-cut for female divers rather than the same garment in a smaller size. The E.lite plus Ladies First uses a lowered waistline and curved side panels so the suit sits and moves differently, and the E.Motion plus is offered in a Ladies First version too. On the thermal side, the Flex 190 Ladies First, the Kango Lady and the Ladies First Undersuit BZ 400X LF are shaped to layer under those suits without bunching.
