The Mares range at Oyster Diving

Mares builds across the whole kit list rather than specialising in one component, and that shows in what sits on this page. Regulators

Before you buy your first regulator

If you are moving off hire kit, the decision is less about the badge and more about where you dive and how often. Ask us about servicing intervals and what they involve before you commit. It is the part of regulator ownership divers most often overlook, and it stays with you for as long as you own the set.

Dive computers

Three Mares computers are stocked: the PUCK 4, the QUAD Ci and the Sirius. Choose on display style, on how you want to log your dives, and on whether you want something you will also wear out of the water. Fins, masks and exposure kit

Fins

Four Mares fins are listed: the Avanti Quattro +, the AVANTI Quattro 4X, the AVANTI Superchannel OH and the XR Power Plana LT. Fin choice comes down to fit and to how hard you want to work your legs. Try them on with the boots you actually dive in, not barefoot in a shop.

Masks and snorkelling

Exposure protection and accessories
