B Chest — around the widest point of your chest

C Waist — around the narrowest point of your torso

D Hips — around the widest point of your hips

E Arm length — shoulder point to wrist bone

How to measure: Close your mouth. Measure vertically from the hollow between your eyebrows (bridge of the nose) down to the bottom of your chin.

Vacuum test: Place the mask without adjusting straps. Inhale sharply through your nose. A good fit will suction to your face. If it doesn't seal, try the next size up. Note: heavy facial hair may prevent a full watertight seal regardless of size.
