The Apeks TEK3 Regulator Set targets twinset configurations and provides numerous advantages for technical divers. Moreover, Apeks engineers designed these first stages to reduce accidental snagging, prevent hose kinking, and allow easier access to manifold valves. In addition, the first stages are robust, over-balanced, and perform reliably in cold water. Consequently, they enable streamlined, snag-free hose positioning for twinset, single-cylinder, or stage-cylinder setups.

Apeks TEK3 Regulator Key Features

• Optimized for Twinset Use: The TEK3 first stages direct all hoses downward. Thus, technical divers benefit from a streamlined configuration.
• Diver Changeable Exhaust System (DCE): Divers can switch between small and large exhaust tees. As a result, they reduce bubble interference for photography or enjoy a compact, comfortable regulator. Both sets of tees are included.
• Right-Handed or Left-Handed Configuration: Divers can convert the second stage from right- to left-handed. However, an APEKS Authorized Service Technician must perform the conversion.
• DIN Connection: The TEK3 offers a DIN connection option.
• Cold Water Performance: These regulators perform in water below 10°C (50°F). Therefore, divers can use them across a wide range of environments.
• Compatible with EAN40: The TEK3 works with EAN40 (Enriched Air Nitrox, 40% oxygen) immediately out of the box.

The Apeks TEK3 First Stage Specifications

The TEK3 includes two first stages, crafted for left- and right-handed twinset configurations. Furthermore, they feature over-balanced diaphragms and environmental sealing for reliable performance.

• Heat Exchanger for freezing resistance
