Aqualung LEGEND Elite Regulator First Stage

• When disconnected from a cylinder valve, the Auto Closure Device (ACD) of the LEG3ND first stage keeps the inlet securely sealed, protecting internal components from contamination and corrosive water. This smart design:

  • Preserves internal lubrication
  • Keeps the inlet filter clean and dry
  • Ensures safety with higher oxygen percentages

   

  The Aqualung LEGEND is built for exceptional cold-water performance, featuring Aqualung's innovative anti-freeze properties:

  • Integrated Dry Chamber: Keeps internal components clean and dry, eliminating moisture and the risk of ice formation.
  • Deep Ribs for Heat Exchange: Significantly increases the heat exchange surface, preventing ice from forming on the mechanism (+30% vs Glacia / +70% vs Legend 2).
  • Overmolded Cap: Further delays ice formation over the external diaphragm.

   

  The Auto-Balanced (or Over-Balanced) first stage automatically adjusts the working pressure according to depth, ensuring optimal breathing efforts by compensating for increased air density at greater depths.
